The invisible evil
We lost sensitivity as our environment got so bad for us.
-Most lights are terrible.
They are agressive. Too bright. Too white. Too strong. They create stress and contribute in reducing further our sensitivity.
These lights are like a knife entering our brains.
Flying in a plane feels like being in a surgery room, same lights.
-Evil sounds non stop.
Everything is so noisy around.
We talk all the time for no reason because we cannot just be calm inside.
We cannot just be silent or enjoy being inside alone. It’s too difficult most of the time because we have never tried. We are too afraid to try something as simple as that.
We do not notice how loud we speak because we got used to so much noise around us that it is the only way to hear ourselves. We need to speak higher than the background noise or talks.
Add some alcohol at a restaurant and everyone will speak even louder. Why do they like that? It’s reassuring. If everyone talks loud and drinks then we feel safe.
-Talking compulsively is a way to avoid being with ourselves.
The shadows and the fears are forbidden “under the carpet” and if they show up, people talk some more to push them away.
It works only temporarily, what’s under the carpet always comes back, so we always talk more until they are exhausted.
People lost the ability to just “be”.
If we cannot talk to someone we open Tik Tok and in a compulsive manner swipe constantly to keep the monkey mind “happy”. We go from the most irrelevant and sometimes idiotic story to the next.
Have you noticed how people on planes offline are quieter than when they are online? It’s like a forced low stimulation environment (which is even more when you enter a meditation retreat).
Sadly planes added wifi all the time so the monkey mind can stay busy and compulsive swipes or emailing can be there again.
Thanks to Elon we will soon have neuralink implants that skips the phones and connects wifi straight into our brain.
Sadly, that connection is already there between us all, we just forgot to feel it and use it.
